Katherine (b. San Antonio, Texas) is a 24-year-old artist currently based in New York City. Interested in the arts since toddlerhood, she was the kind of child who confidently announced that art was the one thing she truly understood—never a jack of all trades, but happily competent at her chosen one.
She studied graffiti at Artpace San Antonio and attended summer intensives at the Fine Art Academy of San Antonio, focusing on figure drawing and oil painting. Katherine later earned her degree from Southwestern University, where she studied Environmental Studies with a concentration in Sustainability and a minor in English Literature. While she didn’t formally pursue fine arts at the collegiate level, she continued building her visual practice through coursework in art history and drawing.
After graduating, Katherine spent time in Los Angeles before settling in New York City, where she has recently left her position as an Assistant Store Manager for a luxury retailer to pursue art full-time. She primarily works in oil paint, colored pencil, and gouache, with experience in digital art.

-I will dream an artistic composition that captures the ideas, feelings, and magic you described
3. Creation
-Your imagined world will be brought to life with detailed color, light, texture and subject. I will send you a photograph update where you can approve the commission or request a change in vision.
4. Delivery
-Your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped to your home, where it will arrive to transport you to a new realm, every time you see it
Pricing
Sizes of a painting reflects the time, conceptualization and process of creation. This reflects the price. Smaller paintings starting at around $500 and $1,000 for larger pieces. The final price will be dependent on added details and complexity of conceptualization.
